In apartment 4, the question arises as to what the greater highlight is: the brilliant panoramic view over the lake. Or the overwhelming rooftop terrace that you won't tire of enjoying. There is a bus to the Belantis Amusement Park or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.

The cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on two levels: clear design combined with a beautiful atmosphere and modern functionality. The small terrace (directly by the cottage) invites you to enjoy your morning coffee and the spacious garden (shared use welcome) offers some beautiful places to relax.

With its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor area, the Elster Park is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit period. The bright 97sqm loft on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (orientation northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored for a small surcharge with your own 2-person kayak.
