There is a heating fan and a wood stove. The tenant provides wood for himself. Animals are not allowed in the house! Electricity is billed on departure - 7kr (1euro)/kWh.

Welcome to our family summerhouse, just 25 meters from the nice sandy beach. The house is fitted with big sauna and spa. Located only 6 km from Otterup, where you'll find shopping. City of Odense, is just 20 km away. Non-smoking house, and no pets. Remember to gring you own linens, bedsheets (1*160cm and 2*90 cm), towels and tea towels. Bookings made after May 10, 2025, include 25 kWh of electricity per day. Additional consumption is settled upon departure at 3.00 DKK/kWh.

There are 2 rooms with double bed and 1 room with sofa bed ( where there can sleep 2 young people ). In addition, there is a very large loft where you can sleep up to several people. You have to clean properly after yourself - unless otherwise agreed. There is a small sauna.

In the main building there is a seperate bedroom with two bunk beds and in the living room s sofa that can be extended to a double bed. The spacious site is shielded by trees. 5 min. walk you'll be at the nice beach. The nature and scenic landscape invites to be explored on bike, feet, boat and car.
