Holiday rentals with a patio in Norresundby

honestly, the photos don't do it justice. it's a lovely place, great location and Hans was welcoming, kind, helpful and friendly. they property is beautiful and they share most of it with guests. when i was leaving, Hans was working on a project. he noticed i was getting ready to go. he brought a wagon around my steps to load my luggage into and get to my car. what exceptional service. the space itself has what one would need. simple and practical. the bathroom was heated which was nice as we had cold, windy, rainy weather while I visited. I didn't have questions for Hans as im familiar with the area. before I left, Hans and I chatted for a bit. he's a very nice man and it was special to get the time to speak with him. it wasn't just, goodbye thank you for coming as he kicked me out the door, it was thank you for staying with us, we were very happy to have you, and hope we see you again. he even apologized for the weather! ABSOLUTELY recommend staying here!! mange tak Hans!

Søren's high-quality apartment is extremely stylishly furnished, sparkling clean, we felt at home from the beginning. Communication with the host is excellent, Søren is very attentive to his guests. The location of the accommodation right next to a wonderful, large park is ideal: very quiet, great coffee bar and a small supermarket just around the corner. Parking in front of the house is not a problem, although subject to a fee, but at a moderate price. The city center can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Aalborg is a cozy, very attractive city, especially for architecture and art lovers. We spent 5 nights in Sørens apartment and highly recommend it: a gem!

We had a super cozy weekend and the airbnb lived up to all expectations. It was simply so nice and everything was as it should be. Can clearly be recommended and a place that would also be worth going back to. Plus a super nice view 😊

What a wonderful place to stay before we went to Norway by boat. The house is equipped with all comforts and we had a nice walk in the area. When we arrived, there were a few cold cans of cola ready, which was a warm welcome

Charming small house near Sæby harbour and pedestrian street. Beautifully decorated with most of the things you need. Nice patio and a beautiful garden we got a tour of. Quite steep stairs up to the loft, where the sleeping area was, but without problems for us. The hosts were welcoming and wonderful people! We would gladly came back.

The place was really very cozy in a quiet location, perfect for family and dog. There is a nice large fenced garden. The rooms were clean, the amenities outstanding, especially the kitchen had all the utensils that are practical for a longer stay. If you want to bake cakes or even waffles, that's no problem with this kitchen. It is good to know that the second bedroom is in a separate cottage in the garden. The house is situated in a larger settlement of vacation homes. As a result, the roads are not very busy and you can easily walk around with a child and dog. 1 min from the property is even a larger playground with small soccer goals. Shops, shopping facilities etc. are only accessible by car, but also quickly reachable in 5 minutes :) All in all, I highly recommend it. Dorte is an excellent and friendly hostess. We felt very comfortable:)

Very happy with the stay, apartment and host were great. Access to the parking space is very tight, so make sure you have a small car you're confident and comfortable manuvering a car in tight spaces. Otherwise highly recommended!

Fantastic nice and nice accommodation. Quiet and nice area close to the beach. Many nice cafés and shops near the accommodation. The host couple was always quick to respond and help if we contacted them.

We enjoyed the stay at Line's very much and can highly recommend her as a host. The house is very nicely decorated and offers plenty of space. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. The terrace and garden are very nice. Everything was very neat and clean and we slept very well.

The apartment is not big, but it is tastefully decorated, clean, and well-functioning. There is a fairly steep staircase. For us, this didn't matter, but for some it might matter. The distance to the city center with cafes, shops and restaurants is short and can be done in 5 minutes on foot. The same goes for the distance to the lovely beach. Helene (the landlord) is very helpful, welcoming, and easy to talk to. We can highly recommend both the apartment and Helene.

The stay was carefree and the apartment was great, was newly renovated just last year. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful.

The stay at Henrik's was really very pleasant. During our trip through Denmark, we visited some accommodations, but this was by far the best, as we really had a lot of space here and could also cook well. The beach was easy to reach on foot and you had everything you needed! A clear recommendation from our side, a visit here is definitely worth it!

Really lovely apartment in the middle of the city within walking distance to everything. Had the entire upper floor to themselves. Highly recommend.

Maybe the best AirBnB experience I've had? 10/10 would come again if I had to visit Aalborg again. Warm, warm recommendation from here.

I passed 3 months in this place and I highly recommend it. Excellent placement, and have all what a girl can need. The host is available and I really liked the views from my room.
