Monthly Rentals in North Decatur

It was a very homey place. It was refreshing to not stay at a hotel, and just feel at peace. The host was phenomenal. He met us when we arrived. Helped us with our luggage. They provided some creature comforts for us - beverages, some shelf stable food items. Very comfortable stay. Also I would like to say that I met their dog and he’s so delicious.

This place suited our needs. The location was great. The noise from upstairs neighbors was completely minimal, and did not disturb us at all, and we are light sleepers. Very good value for the money.

Ten minute walk to the restaurants and shops in Decatur. There is also a MARTA station in Decatur, so it is ideal for someone who wants to spend time in downtown Atlanta but not stay overnight in downtown Atlanta. Very comfortable apartment over a garage. Some steps involved in getting there, but this should not be a problem for most people.

We are just so thankful for the lovely stay we had at Christine’s place. My mom had a heart procedure at Emory and we needed a place to rest and for her to recuperate. This place had all the comforts of home even in the small details. We saw lightening bugs and chipmunks and were able to rest well on comfortable beds. It was very clean and well stocked. We were less than a 10 minute drive from Emory which allowed mom’s doc to discharge her instead of keeping her overnight. We are just so thankful. If we ever need a space near Emory again, we will absolutely book this place. Thank you so much for making a hard time so much easier!
