Monthly Rentals in North Indianapolis

I would say this is a good place for two people who need a quick place to stay. We only stayed one night. The RV was very clean. My wife and I were on the double bed and it was very comfortable. My son stayed on the pull out sofa which had a bit of a slant to it. Couldn't figure out a way to make it level. But otherwise, acceptable. The price was quite high. The reason was there were three big events. Indiana Pacers playoff game, Indiana Fever game and the Indianapolis 500. So, that's why the price was so high. If I need to go again, for non-big event weekend, I expect the price to be lower. But it's all about supply and demand. Yet, very satisfied with the accommodations.

I had a wonderful stay at Richard’s place! The private room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt like a perfect balance of privacy and hospitality. Richard was an exceptional host—friendly, respectful, and always available if I had questions or needed anything. He made sure I felt welcome and at home throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, well-kept place with a great host. Thanks again, Richard!

This is the second of Anna's homes we've stayed in, and we enthusiastically recommend it! It was exactly as described - the kitchen is stocked with basics, like a few pots and pans, plenty of dining dishes and utensils, gas stove with double ovens, coffee grinder and coffee pot, oil, and basic spices and seasonings. The charcoal grill was a great addition too! The bedrooms are separated from the living area for privacy, and the beds were super comfy! We loved having the piano and separate places to play cards or read. While the front of the house faces a relatively busy road, it's quiet and safe, and the bedrooms are in the back of the house, so road sounds were never a problem. There is a full washer and dryer in the basement. We also had access to a garage and a fenced in backyard decorated with string lights. Anna has a beautiful sense of style, and this home is beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy. On top of that, Anna is always responsive, proactive, and kind. We'll be back!

My friend and I stayed at Sarah’s place and had a fantastic time. Sarah is an excellent host, quickly answering my questions and communicating clearly. The space is beautifully decorated with tons of unique finds and well-appointed with everything we needed. Location is good for getting around town. Everywhere we went was within a 10-15 minutes drive. If you want to walk to restaurants, shopping, etc this might not be the right match for you. But many places are indeed close if you ride a bike on the towpath. Street parking was easy and ample. Sarah provided an informative guide about local attractions and also very clear and reasonable instructions for cleaning up and checking out. No complaints. A real all-star. Thanks again, Sarah! PS: in our comings and goings, we ran into the downstairs neighbor - a complete delight!
