Der Aufenthalt bei Patricia hat uns ausserordentlich gut gefallen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle das Thinkersinn nächstes Jahr wieder buchen. Auch Competa ist ein sehr schönes und charmantes weisses Dorf in den Bergen, mit sehr guten Restaurants und Bars. Wolfgang & Theres (Schweiz)

If we could give the castle 10 stars, we would! None of us wanted to leave. The castle with view and surroundings was beautiful and peaceful. Our kids loved learning the history of the castle and of Spain in general from Marc, the host. Marc was always available with anything we needed. We hiked 3 trails from the castle which Marc recommended and we loved them all. The kids enjoyed exploring the castle and property around the castle. They all say it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed! Thank you Marc! We hope to come back one day!:)

Das Holzferienhäuschen liegt idyllisch an an einem bewachsenen Steilhang über dem Meer. Es gibt unweit davon einige Nachbarn, die man auch hört. Da aber nicht gemäht wurde und das Gras sehr hoch stand, fühlte man sich trotzdem zumeist allein mitten in einer großen Wiese. Eingerichtet war das kleine Holzhaus mit allem, was wir brauchten. Eigentlich mögen wir den Shabby-Stil nicht. Aber die Gegenstände waren nicht künstlich auf alt gemacht sondern wirklich alt und gezielt ausgesucht. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

Michaels place was absolutely incredible.. the house, the views and everything in between! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay. Kerry was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Michael was very responsive and gave us recommendations to do. My kids enjoyed playing outside all day. Also, loved all the big windows in the house and having a fantastic view from each one! Would love to come back and stay again one day! Thank you again for the lovely stay!

Perfect get away from the hustle of the big cities. Peaceful, family oriented and very beautiful.

We had the most wonderful days at Kurt and Lis’s place. We were welcomed with warmth and true hospitality – and the location was absolutely exceptional. We stayed in the small cabin, which fully lived up to our expectations for a peaceful nature retreat. One of the most special parts of our stay was the calm. It was truly amazing to sit down and take in the sounds of nature – from insects to frogs and birds, all creating a peaceful, living atmosphere around us. We loved the lake, the sauna, and all the lovely animals on the farm – each one was unique and clearly well cared for by Kurt and Lis. As a family, we truly had the chance to relax, enjoy each other’s company, and spend quality time together in the beautiful surroundings. My family and I highly recommend staying here – and we would love to come back. Thank you so much for having us!

Absolutely fell in love with Nanna Maja’s home! What a gorgeous place to spend the night, desperately wish we could have stayed longer. Nanna was so proactive and communicative throughout, and was especially warm when we met in person! Her animals were absolutely adorable and we feel so lucky we got to experience being near them and holding them. Nanna, it was a joy to meet you, thank you for welcoming us to your home!

We had a lovely stay in the hut! It was the perfect place for us to stay for the two days that we were exploring Isle of Skye. It was located near hikes that we were doing and had the right amount of space for the two of us to make some easy dinners and enjoy some down time. Great view from the deck and loved seeing the sheep graze! Highly recommend if you are looking for a cozy, low key lodging experience.

Wir haben eine Woche im Bungalow verbracht und vor allem die Ruhe und Privatsphäre genossen. Keine nervigen Nachbarn, absolute Ruhe. Ein besonderes Highlight waren ganz klar die Pferde, die sich sehr über Streicheleinheiten gefreut haben. Trotz der eher abgeschiedenen Lage war man in 45 Minuten in Porto und konnte die Stadt erkunden. In der Nähe waren mehrere Supermärkte, die auch viele glutenfreie Produkte anbieten. Jorge war super freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder wir etwas brauchen. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar selbstgemachten Limoncello aus Zitronen von der Farm.

We loved our stay! The granary is even better than the pictures. The space is beautifully designed and thoughtfully put together with everything you could need for the stay!

Absolutely loved our night at Jayne's hut! Beautiful spot in the countryside and easy enough to get to from London, just wished we could've stayed a bit longer

We absolutely loved our stay at Carol's place. The views were even more stunning than expected and the annexe itself is very cosy, comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need (board games, local maps, blankets etc)

We had a blissful time at the granary and would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a beautiful building but the grounds of Coes Farm and the added bonus of having a pool (which if you are lucky is essentially a private pool all to yourself as it was always empty when we went in) make it an amazing place to unwind and rest. The property had everything we needed, including some little ducks who came to the back door to welcome us! We would also recommend a trip to Canterbury while you are here, it is a beautiful place to visit.

We were not disappointed in any way with our stay. Karen was the perfect host, friendly, informative with great comms even before we arrived. The accommodation was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, well presented, what you see in the advert is what you get. The swimming pool is beautiful & private...just the birds breaking the silence. We would recommend this property to our friends/family... we hope to be back soon. Thankyou Karen & Hugh xx

The oystercatcher cottage was unbelievably beautiful, peaceful, and an amazing experience. Staying right on the cliffs in Connemara with such a beautiful view, with the sheep roaming on either side of the property, was something I will never ever forget. It was also so private which was such an added benefit. It was truly a magical experience and I hope to return one day. Also the area is beyond beautiful and amazing. Driving through Connemara and doing various things in the area felt like a once in a lifetime opportunity. And the towns close by were also great (Tullycross and Letterfrack). I can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely 4 night stay at William & Chris' place.The instructions to find the place were clear & easy to follow & William came by once we'd settled in to say hi & gave some good advice about local walks & things to do in poor weather.The accommodation is beautifully situated, clean & plenty of amenities.The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of equipment & cooking utensils.There was a set of towels each & a washing machine to use if needed.There weren't any toiletries but we'd brought our own anyway.Very friendly chickens that appeared out of no where as soon as you opened the door!The only main issue we had was with the heat-due to the position of the large windows it trapped all the heat inside & we couldn't open the doors to let any air through due to the chickens & flies coming in,so it was a bit uncomfortable.There is a long narrow road & track up to the house, the last bit of which had quite a few large pot holes so care's needed when driving. Thank you for a fab break!

I don’t actually know where to start. The memories I have gained from staying here will last the rest of my lifetime. My daughters and I had the most wonderful experience, Ippolita was certainly at the center of that. She was kind and helpful, Ippolita engaged with us all and ensured we had contact with her if we needed. I will forever recommend this gem of a place to everyone. Thank you Ippolita.

We had a really lovely stay at Banchory Farm. By far, the best one we stayed in! Jane was very accomodating and responsive to our queries. The cottage had everything we needed, and more! The view was stunning, we felt at home the moment we walked in, the place was the right balance of old and new, which was the exact vibe we were looking for. We went around the surrounding towns and spots based on the recommendations in the booklet, and we loved every stop. Hubby went for a run the next morning and he loved the area so much. Wished we couldve stayed longer but we surely will be back at Banchory farm next time! ❤️
