Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, sowie Museen, Kirchen und das Opernhaus sind in der nächsten Nähe. Die Einkaufsmeilen sind nur 200m vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über eigene abschließbaren Garagen.
