Unser Haus befindet sich in der Altstadt Nürnbergs, neben dem Germanischen Nationalmuseum. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind die U-Bahn 2 Opernhaus in Richtung Flughafen bzw. U1 Weisser Turm in Richtung Messe und sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Nbg. Hauptbahnhof ist cca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, sowie Museen, Kirchen und das Opernhaus sind in der nächsten Nähe. Die Einkaufsmeilen sind nur 200m vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über eigene abschließbaren Garagen.
