Small wellness oasis with large garden!

In our cozy Tiny House you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

The vacation cottage "Auszeit" (time out), which we have lovingly renovated, is ideal for couples who want to spend undisturbed hours together. On the huge terrace with beautiful distant views, grill and terrace fire, in the panoramic sauna, the relaxation room and the large garden you can have a good time and forget the world. We have placed special emphasis on high-quality and comprehensive amenities. The cottage is rurally idyllic in a former vacation resort and offers a lot of privacy.

Tanzenhaid Forest Estate Mansion

The Forstgut Tanzenhaid in Middle Franconia is a private property. In the middle of the beautiful forest and pond landscape of Tanzenhaid lies the manor house built in 1725. This was completely renovated in 2023 and furnished according to the latest standards as a vacation home with a lot of style and attention to detail. It can be reached via private forest paths and offers our guests peace and quiet and the experience of idyllic nature with forest, water and meadows.

Whether for a weekend or the whole week: Here you can escape and unwind from city life. In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). Bike tours, hikes or just a cozy day in the garden - everything is right "in front of your nose." I'm happy to help you choose hiking, running or cycling tours. A car is required to get there. Public transport is rather difficult

Zudem noch ein riesiges Loft Wohnzimmer wo alle zusammen kommen können. W-Lan, Netflix, Disney +, Sauna, Grillplatz und mehreren Terassen. Ausgestattet mit Kaffeevollautomat, alle Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Being together

Wir sind ein Wohnprojekt und leben mit Pferden, Hühnern, Katzen und Hunden auf dem Land. Eines unserer Häuser, ein älteres aber frisch renoviertes Nebengebäude vermieten wir. Es liegt am Dorfrand mitten im Grünen. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes und eignet sich für bis zu 3 Personen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine Küche mit Essbereich sowie ein Bad mit Dusche.
