The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Large lovely windows with door to lovely morning terrace on one side and lovely covered terrace with dining area and lovely lounge area on the other. New bathroom with shower. This unique home has its very own style. The main house is the old Lyngfogde residence, the apartment is located in an adjacent building, with its own entrance and parking. The apartment has a fantastic view of fields and Horreby Lyng, which is a very unique area. There is rich wildlife on and around the property, with pheasants, hares, deer and lots of birds. Hesnæs beach is about 7 km away, and Corselitze estate and forest district, where there is the possibility of beautiful hikes, is about 5 km away.

There is a small kitchen with an electric kettle and a mini stove with 1 burner. It is possible to set up a travel bed if there is 1 child. We have a travel bed available. Old Fisherman’s House in city centre

Lodged in the absolute centre of Nykøbing Falster you’ll have a feeling of living in a village two hundred years ago. The house is half-timbered and possibly built in 1777. There is 300 m to the major supermarkets and about 500 m to the waterfront of Guldborgsund. The house is located at the end of a very quiet small cobblestoned strait. You will have access to a small cosy (hyggelig) garden behind the house.
