The 42 m² property consists of a living room with a double Murphy bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The estate is located between Niebüll and Risum-Lindholm. Forget your worries and enjoy the tranquility in the middle of fields. Enjoy the light North Frisian breeze on the terrace with a cup of coffee. Take a bike ride on the dike to Dagebüll (13 km) and from there to Föhr or Amrum. The way to Sylt or Denmark is also not far... Should the North Frisian weather show its dark side, the fireplace with its cozy warmth is ready.

Lovingly and thoughtfully, we have created a fantastic apartment on 70 square meters for 2 (up to 4) people on 2 levels - the sleeping area is located in the light-flooded upper floor. Please note that the only door is the bathroom door - the rest is open. We have tried to build as sustainably, ecologically and high-quality as possible - the colors are from the chalk period, the paints are water-based.

Our beautiful 1-room apartment in the commercial area is on the second floor and can be reached via an external staircase. It is built a little special and therefore quite unique and very comfortable. An open living, sleeping and kitchen area awaits you. In addition, there is a walk-in closet and a storage room.
