We bought this house in 2018. It is about 2 km from the town of Ennigerloh. The house is located in the countryside, overlooking fields and meadows. Since 2018, we have been diligently renovating and refurbishing. Not everything is perfect yet, but the apartment has been furnished with love. Cozy 3-room apartment in a central location of Gütersloh. The apartment is about 60 m², consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.40 m wide bed, the other with a single bed, kitchen, bathroom. Shopping, city park, Bus connection, water park, gym within 3-10 minutes' walk. The city center can be reached in about 20 minutes. The companies Bertelsmann and Miele are close by. Smoking is only allowed in the covered outdoor area, see photo.

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

The Soest All Saints' Day fair and the beautiful Christmas market are popular destinations, but also various sights as well as nearby Lake Möhnesee offer the possibility of varied activities. We prefer a friendly and uncomplicated coexistence.

Bright, open, cozy apartment with large sunny loggia to relax in a quiet location. (Smoking is allowed on the loggia.) The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket, bakery, bus stop (Gütersloh main station, 13 minutes), a pizzeria and a snack bar. The city park and botanical garden can be reached by foot.
