In the wild romantic garden there are tall trees, birds, hedgehogs, squirrels, spiders, grass snakes... The property is fenced about 1.2 m high. The surroundings with forest, the river Oste and many lakes invite you to hike and cycle.

The rural quiet location is ideal for a break, bike tours and inline skating, but also offers a good starting point for trips to the North and Baltic Sea or to Hamburg, Kiel and Glückstadt.

The property can accommodate four people, and after consultation, six people can also be accommodated in the house. It has a large living and dining area, two bedrooms, a guest toilet and a main bathroom. The house is also at ground level, a non-smoking house and animals are also not allowed. The property has a garden, parking and a garage for bicycles.

The outdoor swimming pool of Kellinghusen is right near. The train station from Wrist with train connections to Hamburg, Kiel, Neumünster, Pinneberg and Elmshorn is only 5 km away.

The townhouse is a new building from 2022 located directly on the park with lake, playground and soccer field. From the property you can go straight into the park. The house is equipped with large windows everywhere. We have 2 children (8 and 5). There are therefore various possibilities for climbing, swinging, romping and many toys. The house is located on a quiet neighboring street. The neighborhood is nice and friendly. The apartment is located in a 4-family house. It takes about 25 minutes to the train station. It is in the middle of downtown Elmshorn. In addition, you can reach Hamburg by train within half an hour. You can park your car right outside the front door.
