Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Haus Philip is a very cozy and modern log cabin directly in an exposed unique location on the ski slope. The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. Newly built in the fall of 2016, the house has an upscale, friendly-modern interior - with underfloor heating, fireplace, private sauna, Sky and Netflix and a BOSEbox

Lovingly, sustainably restored and furnished, it offers you an unforgettable stay. Located in the busy center of the UNESCO World Heritage city of Quedlinburg, you can reach the train station, health food store, bank, post office, market square or the Collegiate Church of St. Servatius on the Schloßberg in a few minutes on foot.

The River Lodge (10% discount starting from one week)

We rent a house renovated in June 2018 with about 90 m² of living space in the small mountain town of Lautenthal. Here you will find a supermarket, a butcher, an outdoor pool, the Schnitzelkönig and doctors in the village. If you want to leave your car in the double carport, you will find a bus stop about 100 m away. The place is well located between Goslar, Seesen and Clausthal Zellerfeld. From here, both hikes and day trips by bicycle or car are easy to undertake.

Old town house over 2 floors

A highlight in the World Heritage city of Goslar is the market square, which is a 5-minute walk from this exceptional apartment. It is located in a rear courtyard directly in the old town. Via a separate entrance you enter the staircase to reach the living area with living room, open kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor. From there you can enter the balcony. On the upper floor there are bedrooms and children's rooms. Rental from 2 nights.

The homelike studio at "Das Kutscherhäuschen" features wooden floors, solid wood furniture and soft lighting. It has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area and a terrace. The kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing home-cooked meals. Alternatively, several restaurants and cafés can be found within a 10-minute walk. Our vacation home has a garden and a garage. There is more street parking. The large terrace invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings. In the garden house, you have the option to store your bicycles. The vacation home has free Wi-Fi and Netflix. The entire house has air conditioning. A small welcome package awaits each guest. We are happy to offer you guided bike tours through the Harz Mountains. We welcome four-legged guests.

Cozy quiet vacation home

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

The sights are wonderfully accessible on foot and also the shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. On the day of arrival a visitor's tax of 3,00 € per person and night (children from 6 years 1,00 €) is to be paid in cash.
