Monthly Rentals in Ottavia

Marika (and her family) are WONDERFUL hosts. The apartment is comfortable, plus an exterior garden-apartment-style patio with sofa unit as well as a table and four chairs (the laundry machine is behind a door off the patio). The kitchen is well-appointed, with a full size fridge and freezer, a Nescafé capsule coffee maker as well as an Italian stovetop moka, a microwave and a regular oven, and even a dishwasher. The neighborhood (Ottavia) is peaceful residential; there's a large In's grocery store about a 5 minute walk from the apartment, as well as a large fruit-vegetable stand outside. Various restaurants. LOCATION: It might look on a map that Marika's apartment is a long way from the center of Rome, but actually it is super-well connected. The walk downhill to the Ottavia train station takes 7-8 minutes, and from there it's a 20 minute direct ride to stazione San Pietro, by the Vatican. From there, another 20 minute train to Roma Termini. So #Connected! I'm very happy with my stay.

Very nice apartment suitable for a couple or a person. It has a veranda outside and a beautiful garden. The property is on a closed street so it's not passing through and it's very quiet. The train station (Ottavia) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. By train you can easily reach the Gemelli hospital in 10 minutes, San Pietro, the center of Rome and Lake Bracciano. If you arrive by car there is a parking lot 200 meters away. Cristina and Paolo were very kind and friendly, really great owners! If we go back to Rome, we will definitely contact them!

Massimiliano and his father Maurizio are, above all, wonderful people—welcoming and pleasant. They are always available to help in any situation. They provided us with excellent instructions on what to do and where to go. If we revisit Rome, we will definitely stay with them again. I highly recommend them to all future guests. 😍🤩

Elisabetta was very nice and friendly with us, from the beginning. On the last day, we could stay as long as we wanted, as they had no other reservations for the day. Thank you again. We were together for a whole week. The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet, calm neighborhood, but there are still many things to find near the apartment. Rome's city center is easily accessible by public transport. Overall, we were very satisfied with everything.
