Walking distance, 10 min, to the train station with in progress to Helsingborg and on to the continent. The cottage is 25 m2 + sleeping loft. Two beds in the loft and two in sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove with oven, microwave. Bathroom with large shower. Patio with outdoor furniture and bbq. The cottage has TV and free Wi-Fi. Cleaning is included as well as sheets and towels. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Welcome to our charming apartment in the guesthouse on the farm with nature and the farm's life around the corner. The farm is located next to Påarp where you can get into Helsingborg by train. By car, you can take you in ten minutes either into the city of Helsingborg, a beach on Råå or to Vasatorps golf course. The apartment is open plan and has a balcony next to the entrance. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The newly renovated guest house is complete with living room, sleeping loft, kitchen and bathroom. District heating and air pump. From the garden you come out on the electric light paths in Ramlösa Brunnspark which also offers historic buildings, lush park, pond with ducks and the opportunity to taste Ramlösa water directly from the source. It was the well master himself staying at this address when it was built in the mid 1800's. Helsingborg is easy by bus or bike.

Enjoy your holiday in a rural location with the animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as accessories for morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connection to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noises can occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy.
