Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Palmer Lake

Andy was a great host, we bumped into him and his family when we arrived. They were all very nice, accommodating and super friendly. The home and property is beautiful and peaceful. You can really feel the love in the space. Quiet but also close to a HUGE grocery store. The king mattress was incredibly comfortable, often an overlooked detail but so important. Our dogs and us had a great vacation and we are so thankful to have stayed here! P.S - Skye (their beautiful dog) was amazing and a highlight of our trip.

Everything was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect get away place!! Hot tub worked perfect and made for a great relaxing evening activity!

Aj is the definition of a super host. The place did not lack in anything. One of very few places that actually has 7 full beds without a bunk bed being apart of that count. Well designed and decorated place. No exaggerations in descriptions or misleading photos. In fact, the place looked better in person than the pictures displayed. Aj provided very detailed instructions. The house took every possible need into consideration. I would definitely request this place again!

David’s place was excellent for our 4 families during a lengthy stay for Air Force Academy Graduation and a destination wedding ( 12 total people). Accurate pictures and descriptions - we were very pleased with the overall space, cleanliness, and quality. Backyard provided plenty of entertainment on those sunny days. Living room upstairs accommodated all 12 of us each evening for games and just hanging out. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of options ( outdoor games and ping pong) for groups with kids. Great location for hikes or restaurants near Palmer Lake and Monument. David was highly responsive to our questions. Overall great stay.

Outstanding two nights at this place, clean and comfortable and location near Garden of gods and Pikes Peak. The host is very helpful and responses fast. Parking is on street parking and security.

This was my first time booking an Airbnb. It was simple and Deborah was quick to respond. When the rest of the guest arrived they were impressed with the house. It was more than they expected. There was so much space for everyone. There were 13 of us and I felt we all had our privacy when needed. The house had everything we needed. The layout of the home is really cool. It was definitely a great trip!

One of the best - if not the best - AirB&Bs we’ve encountered. Perfectly located on a quiet street, it had just about everything. There was plenty of room for our family, comfortable clean spaces, a very well-supplied kitchen, and just a lot of charmed. Loved the washer/dryer, and the shower was wonderful. Most of all the delightful host was more than accessible and responsive. So responsive, in fact, that when he noticed we were sitting on the concrete front stoop to enjoy the mountain view he brought over camping chairs to make us more comfortable. A wonderful Colorado get away!

Such a beautiful place/location, would definitely stay again. The host added a few nice personalized touches that made our stay even more unique and special. The place was quiet, the bed was comfy, Thank you!

Our stay was great! Very cozy, and the animals were a fun bonus! Especially the goats! Would recommend this location for small groups to stay when attending the Renaissance Faire in Larkspur. It’s only a 30 minute drive.

Emilio was a great host along with his place. Very quaint and had all things you’d need. Sport court and air hockey table was a great addition!

Shelley's place felt cozy to me right away. It is in a great neighborhood and has a view of the mountains from the bedroom window. Everything was clean and well cared-for. Shelley was very responsive to messages and requests. I would stay here again if/when I come back to the area.

Jacquie's place was fantastic! We were very comfortable. Our kids loved the bunk beds and toys that were provided. The outdoor space was perfect! Such a beautiful neighborhood in Old Colorado City. I highly recommend staying here!

clean, comfy, easy walk to CC and downtown shops

Really enjoyed our stay at Shelly's place. It had everything we needed and was cozy. Didn't feel like we lacked anything and it was cozy. Appreciate that it was so clean and close to local restraunts and a grocery store down the street. I would recommend for anyone wanting to be close to the "city of Powers" but not exactly in the high traffic area.

This Place Was Super cozy. Comfortable & in a great area. Not far from anything. Also love the history of the building.

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.
