My typically Parisian, well-lit and AC equiped apartment is on the last floor of a charming apartment building with an elevator. It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

There is a flowered balcony. I live in this apartment year-round, so it's fully equipped! Access to the metro is very close (line 5 to 7 minutes). You can also reach Paris by bike by following the canal (20-minute ride on a beautiful bike path)
