Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

Welcome to my apartment, a former hotel room in a beautiful 1930s listed building recognized as a Remarkable Monument, on the 5th floor with an elevator. It features a large private terrace with views over the canal and the rooftops of Pantin, nicknamed the “New Brooklyn”. Just next to Paris, it is close to all amenities, shops, and public transport, as well as Parc de la Villette. Hoche station (Metro line 5), Pantin RER – Mairie, and Tram T3 are 500m away.

Sweet & cosy appartement

Small tastefully decorated and functional apartment, 37m2, 1 parent bedroom, 1 child bedroom, bathroom with bathtub. It has a good parental mattress and gas for cooking. Be careful, there is no television! The kitchen worktop is not yet completed but all the equipment is available (dishwasher, washing machine and gas stove). The metro (Pantin church) is 3 minutes away on foot, the canal is one street away and the Parc de la Villette is 2 metro stations away.

Very nice and typical apartment, 60 m2, last floor with elevator, fully equipped In the Marais near Carreau du Temple et rue de Bretagne. Nice view on the sky and sunsets. Charm, calm and light .Visit the historic centers of Paris and its shops, bars, restaurants, museums and terraces. 2 bedrooms (one for one person bed (90x200cm)and the other with bed 160x200cm).

A real neighborhood life, Supermarket, Bakery, and all shops at the bottom of the building. Many restaurants. As many people ask me, I would like to point out that the sofa does not become a bed.

6 th floor with elevator, 2 bedrooms with double bed and a sofa in the living room (5 places), a fireplace and bathroom. Bright and near the Sacré Coeur and the Moulin Rouge my flat is calm, sweet and original, in the heart of an area full of bars and restaurants.

Located in the 3rd district (Beaubourg, Montorgueuil, Le Marais), the duplex (5th & 6th Floors) is very sunny and quiet, with a beautiful view over the roofs of Paris. Recently renovated, with high beamed ceilings and beautiful hardwood floor.
