Small tastefully decorated and functional apartment, 37m2, 1 parent bedroom, 1 child bedroom, bathroom with bathtub. It has a good parental mattress and gas for cooking. Be careful, there is no television! The kitchen worktop is not yet completed but all the equipment is available (dishwasher, washing machine and gas stove). The metro (Pantin church) is 3 minutes away on foot, the canal is one street away and the Parc de la Villette is 2 metro stations away.

Independent studio from us , access from the outside . Located on a very quiet and suburban street. Refurbished accommodation, with a sleeping area with a bed for 2 people with a dressing room, a bathroom with washing machine, a living area with a sofa bed with TV and wifi access and a fully equipped kitchen. We will provide bath towels as well as shampoo and shower gel and toilet paper. Metro 7-15min walk 30 minutes from Paris by transport

Accessible by metro line 11 or tram line 3b, peaceful studio on the outskirts of Paris. This is the studio I live in. i trust the respect of guests on reasonable use of consumables (food, laundry, etc.). Adding air mattress on request for a 3rd person. Possible to discuss the arrival time. The studio is in a fairly old apartment and has slight flaws. The stovetop works but makes noise. The bed is a futon. no wifi.
