Small chalet-studio (20 m2) located on our welcoming and well-equipped land. You will appreciate the calm and nature just a stone's throw from Paris and Versailles. You will have a private outdoor space. Located on the Véloscénie route, bike shelters and repair kits are available. less than 10 minutes' walk from the RER C Igny train station. Close to major roads: access to A10, A6, N118. Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental as well as cleaning.

Only 1 guest. We are neither a church nor a nightclub to welcome just anyone. We only want caring travelers. A few steps from Paris (6 km from Porte d'Italie) and the same for Orly airport. Accommodation close to shops and transport (tram, bus and metro 14 Chevilly-Larue or L'Hay 15 min walk. Metro 7 Villejuif Louis Aragon is accessible by tram 10 min. The Belle Épine shopping center is a little over 1 km away. You will be at home.
