Welcome home! This charming apartment is composed of an independent entrance from the garden, a large cosy bedroom (15m2) nicely designed with sofa and TV, a seperate kitchen and a bathroom (28m2 in total). Tramway T7 is at 5min, Subway 14 at 10min walk, to join Paris center in 20min and Orly Airport in 5min. We will do our best to make you feel at home here. Apartment has an independent access from the garden. This one is not suitable for tall people (+6,26 ft) as the ceiling is a bit low.

Tram 13 is just 1 minute's walk away (L'Étang-les-Sablons stop), with direct access to Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Versailles and Paris. L'Étang-la-Ville station (10 minutes' walk) also offers direct trains to Paris (Line L). Close to the Lycée International and the Forest School, popular with expat families. Direct RER access to the Vaires Torcy Olympic site for water activities on the Marne; just 10 km from the Stade de France, Olympic village and Saint Denis nautical stadium.

Charming studio perfectly furnished and refurbished intended only for rental. It is located in the courtyard (for the owners' use) of our main house, however you will not be disturbed! It is very easy to access, check-in is independent through a key box closed by a code. Orly Airport is a 10-minute drive, close to RER C station – Choisy-le-Roi (10 minutes' walk or bus), Créteil Pompadour – RER D station (15 minutes' bus ride)
