Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Park Township

The very best Airbnb we have rented to date. Everything about it was "chef's kiss". The entrance was a little tricky to find only because we did not read the directions closely and it appeared to be a shed from the outside because the house is built underneath. So much thought was put into creating the space inside and outside the house. From the linens and bedding to the record waiting on the record player to the hidden hot tub. The king bed was super comfortable, the water pressure excellent - basically the whole experience was a welcome respite from the craziness at home. The professional online and physical brochure made finding restaurants or activities easy to find. 10 out of 10.

Beautiful place to stay! Almost right on the lake, probably a 2 minute walk or less to the little beach. The host was super friendly and responsive. The place was clean and tidy. Figuring out the lights were tricky at times, 2 of the lights had remotes and I wasn’t used to that. I would stay here again and I most likely will! 😊

I stayed Thurs–Sun and couldn’t have asked for a better solo retreat. I run a wellness business and needed a change of scenery to rest, reflect, and reset. This space delivered all that and more. The home is spotless, everything thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen is fully stocked with a separate pantry, which made it easy to cook all my meals. The soaring ceilings, sliding glass doors, and screened patio created the perfect indoor-outdoor vibe. I never even went to the beach, between the peaceful yard, woodland trail, and hot tub, I didn’t want to leave. My dog loved it too. Johnny and Michelle were responsive and kind, quick to help with a Wi-Fi question, then gave me space to unwind. Favorite moments: morning runs on Lake Shore Dr, sunset cocktail walks to Sundown Park, chill music on the Bluetooth speaker, and lunch at Penny Royal (the veggie sando = 10/10). If you’re looking for a peaceful, elevated stay that feels like a proper reset, this is it. I’ll be back with friends!!

A stunning house architecturally; the view of the river through the trees from the floor-to-ceiling windows was fabulous. Even the indoor mirrors were carefully positioned to provide views of the outdoors. It rained for two days while we were there but we were content to stay inside and watch the river go by, while the chipmunks, squirrels, and birds busied themselves right outside the windows. Finally, the under-floor heating worked well.

This really felt like a home away from home. Paige truly has considered so many details to make one's stay more comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some meals. We loved watching the squirrels and birds come to the feeder by the window. There were several board games we enjoyed. The beds were comfortable. Everything was spotless and comfortable. The house was about 10-15 minutes away from many Holland attractions (a little longer from Holland State Park beach). The location was peaceful.

We had a great stay at Mayra’s place! It was the perfect location for the wedding at the Ivy House. Would stay here again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and location is walkable to shopping and restaurants. For breakfast we loved Pumpernickel and Malu. Dinner at Phil’s was our favorite. It gets crowded on the weekend but we got there early. The Basil Cafe for lunch - we went twice! Bowdies was the priciest but great - will need a reservation. The Mitten for great pizza and large outdoor area. Wally’s food was bad- would suggest only going for drinks. Uncommon cafe for coffee and Kilwin’s ice cream!

Perfect location and so convenient. Isabel’s market is right I the parking lot which was really great. Christine and James place is so quiet and so many amenities. Close to everything and very comfortable. The outdoor space was really nice. Just a great place!!

Great little place. We had issues with the ac unit the first day (probably the first time the air has been on for the season since it was unusually warm outside) but host was responsive and resolved the issue to the best of their ability. Beds are super comfortable and my daughter loved the bunk bed. Right in the center of town and unbeatable views.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was even more beautiful that the pictures showed, and was in a quiet, peaceful area. Close distance to downtown Douglas and Saugatuck. Also is ~10 min to Virtue Cider and Fenn Valley Winery. It was the perfect spot for my partner and I, and our two dogs. Sara was an awesome host and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Tina's condo was absolutely wonderful! We had the upper back unit with a patio overlooking her beautiful back yard. The condo was clean and very well furnished. It has everything you could possibly need. Tina was very helpful with recommendations for things to do and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The condo is within walking distance to so many things, including the pier and lighthouse. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Grand Haven. Highly, highly recommend!

Beautiful house perfect for our girls getaway, however, it was s very tight squeeze for 12 since 2 adults on a double bunk didn’t really work but there was lots of couch space & the couches were so comfortable! The house was very updated & clean. It was perfect for our girls getaway & downtown Saugatuck was so fun!

This was our second stay at Hany’s place, and we would come back a third time! Nice house with a few quirks in a great location. The outdoor space and hot tub is great for Michigan weather any time of the year, and inside there is plenty of space for our family of four. The location is wonderful, with all of Saugatuck within just a few blocks. We will definitely consider staying here again next time we’re headed to Michigan!

Place was perfect for our weekend getaway. it was clean and had everything we needed. Great location too!

This place was awesome, a beautiful cottage in the woods with a fire pit, hot tub, walking paths, and just 5 minutes from downtown. My only feedback is about the room setup. The listing shows a room with two bunks, but it’s actually an open loft with one bunk bed. It’s not a private room, so don’t count it as a secluded space. When I book a house, it’s really important that everyone has a quiet room to return to, so I was a little disappointed that some guests got shorted on that. Honestly, it might have affected my decision to book. Otherwise, the stay was beautiful and peaceful, I’d definitely come back!

The house is beautiful, and very easy to find. The interiors are well designed and clean - and my group had a very relaxing week at the house. The kitchen was fully stocked, and extra linen was available for us. The host, John, was also extremely responsive and helpful! For eg: I needed to print some documents urgently and the house had a printer without any ink cartridges - and when I messaged them about this late at night, they had ink cartridges sent overnight to arrive early in the morning. Could not have asked for a more understanding and helpful host!

Bruce & Carol were excellent hosts anticipating needs while going above and beyond to make the stay special. The home has beautiful landscaping and gardens. Plenty of room for children to run and play. The breeze from the lake can be enjoyed throughout the home. The house has lake front views throughout the main rooms. The home is positioned ideally for guests with 3 separate living spaces and an open kitchen to the main gathering space that opens to the deck and grill. The walk to St. Joseph is less than a mile and we completed this enjoyable walk daily. Farmer market operates every Saturday during the summer with concerts on Sunday evenings all in walking distance of home. The private beach is beautiful and hosts shared paddle boards and beach toys to add to experience. We enjoyed sunset walks to the lighthouse pier. The internet is fast and reliable for those looking to work away from home with 2-3 possible office locations in home. We would return here again.

Couldn't be more pleased with the stay here! Everything was perfect. The 4 bed and 4 bath combo was very nice and the view was to die for. Would very much like to stay again!
