Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

In the garden, there is a small patio with barbecue grill. Chicken farm with 6 hens attached. Välkommen till en mysig och fräsch källarelägenhet 25 kvm med egen ingång och självständig incheckning. Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt villaområde. Rökning är inte tillåtet och vi som hyr ut bor i samma hus och hjälper gärna till. Rum med ny smart-TV och ny säng på 140 cm för 1-2 personer. Enkelt utrustat kök och egen toalett. Delat utrymme är dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Egen bil parkering eller busshållplats 1 minut från boendet och affärer o restauranger i närheten. Välkommen!

Shower and laundry room are located in the residential house with its own entrance in the basement. Good transportation into Gothenburg by bus or train. In our garden, our cats and chickens live.
