Large terrace with seating area and grill, as well as grass area for garden play and games. Booking rules: Only caring families and adults over the age of 28 are allowed to book due to previous damage and parties without cleaning.

Newly refurbished penthouse apartment with very high standard. With a big enough living room to fit both a dining table and sofa this is an apartment designed for socializing. This cozy tiny house is located in Utby in northeastern Gothenburg, close to the vibrant city center as well as beautiful nature. It has its own bathroom and the ability to cook simple meals. A small barbeque is available as well. The place is suitable for 1-2 people, but can accommodate more. Facing a large yard with apple and plum trees as well as berry bushes makes it the perfect getaway place all year around.

Dusch och tvättstuga finns i bostadshuset med egen ingång i källaren. Goda kommunikationer in till Göteborg via buss eller tåg. I vår trädgård vistas våra katter och höns.
