We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We spent very pleasant moments in it. The terrace is definitely an asset of this place. Simona hosted us wonderfully, she was very nice and very helpful. The contact was always very smooth and pleasant, we felt very cared for. What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

The house and yard were very beautiful! If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in the country, this is the place to go. The place doesn't have a whole lot of modern conveniences. it feels more old fashioned which was exactly what I wanted for our trip to Italy:)

We felt very comfortable in this charming and quiet house with the magnificent view of olive trees and the lake from the beginning. The location is idyllic, the furnishings well thought-out and comfortable. The atmosphere has triggered a feeling of retreat and deceleration in us – almost like in a mountain hut: safe, relaxed and welcome. stayed for 3 days, everything was perfect. patrizia very quickly showed us inside the house and recommended a few things. she let us check out 2 hours later, didn't make a fuss about anything. lovely family, mother and herself and their chickens! in 2 houses on the same road ad the air bnb. area is perfect for chilling walking, strolling, vineyards, small towns, restaurants.

If you are looking for a little piece of heaven look no further. Vignoni Alto is peaceful and incredibly beautiful. Stefano met us and showed us everything about the apartment and the historic hamlet. His instructions and recommendations were very helpful. The apartment is not far from the restaurants in Bagno Vignoni. Stefano really is a perfect host—responsive, friendly and proactive. Our only regret was that after a week we had to leave.

A true gem in the heart of Montepulciano! If anything, the photos barely capture the charm and beauty of this home—it’s absolutely perfect for a family of five. The backyard is a serene retreat, offering breathtaking views of Tuscany, with Lago di Montepulciano nestled in the distance, adding to the magic. Marta was an exceptional host, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. The location couldn’t be better—right along the main thoroughfare, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and charming shops, with the piazza just a short five-minute walk away. An unforgettable experience in a truly stunning home!

Anna was one of the kindest hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She picked us up from the free parking lot so we wouldn’t have to walk uphill with our bags, helped us to the apartment, and provided recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotless and had the most beautiful view of the valley below. It is right down the street from the main piazza and was steps away from great restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a few very pleasant days in Cortona. We spent a lot of time in the pool because it was so hot! With a wonderful view and among the olive trees. Rita and Alessandro picked us up as Google Maps was a bit confusing. They were so kind and nice to us and we loved the crostata from Rita, they were very hospitabel. Our time was too short and we have to come back. Arrivederci 👋

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

This is Tuscany at its finest! Our stay at Casa Bonari was perfect. The villa inside was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and wonderfully Italian. It was equipped with everything we needed. The exterior grounds were gorgeous and the views from the property in every direction were breathtaking. We made dinner and ate on the patio - it looked like a picture from a magazine. The villa is within easy walking distance of the charming Monticchiello which has a few excellent restaurants. We enjoyed strolling the picturesque streets and the incredible views of the countryside from the village. Our hostess, Valentina, was very gracious and helpful. We enjoyed meeting some of the friendly family members. They were so kind and left us with happy memories. We highly recommend Casa Bonari and hope to visit again.

We had a very good time, everything matches the description and services offered. Everything was clean.

This place is pure magic. You are perched on top of a hill with an endless view out over Umbria. You could stare at it all day. The interior is simple but well appointed and has everything you need. But we spent all of our time outside - a beautiful dining table and lounge chairs look out over the view, and amazing pool with the same view, a wood-fired bbq where we cooked all of our meals. It was my wife, out 2-year-old and myself, and we had the most amazing time relaxing on the property. Radicofani, is an ancient town, frozen in time and only a 4 minute drive away - it's got a coupe great resturants, good butcher, cafe and bakery and a very cool fortress. We took a day trip to Pienza (stunning) and another to the amazing "Balena Bianca" hot springs. Google it! This place makes the perfect basecamp for day trips, or the ideal spot to kick back and relax. The host are super responsive and a huge help for tips, ideas or if you need anything. We will be back for sure. Thank you!!

We stayed at Valentina's for a week, it was a wonderful week. The landscaped park with the pool was a dream. The tastefully furnished apartment was private and protected from view. Everything was available. We received good support and information in advance and during the vacation. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. The Minimetro in Perugia and the accessibility there can also be used by people who are not good on their feet.

Immaculate villa with plenty of space for everyone. Exceeded our expectations. Remote location best for people who have a car however peaceful and very close to drive into town in 10 minutes. A short while ago, we (4 adults of the same family) stayed in this house. It is located nearby lake Trashmeno and you can have a great view from the house. The traditional house is surrounded with a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. The house is specious, a big living room and a well equipped kitchen. It is clean. Above all, The hosts Sheetal and Vittorio are super helpful. They waited us at the door steps, gave us all the detailed information about What to do, Where to eat & drink, supermarket, etc. and also helped us to make a restaurant reservation. They responded to our questions throughout with detailed information and links. They are the best hosts to us. Sheetal and Vittorio, many thanks. If we could, we'd like to spend our holiday here again. It is highly recommended.

Stefania was super nice to wait for us despite we were later for 3 hours. Her house was very beautiful and lots of space for 10 of us. Everyone can have their own space on the balcony or terrace. Can have BBQ too. House was very well equipped with everything that we expected. Had a wonderful time. Thank you.

We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

We couldn't have asked for a better place. Us and our cat felt at home immediately. The chalet is surrounded by nature (we even saw a little fawn with its mother), it is very quiet and has a spectacular view. On top of that you can reach Assisi very easily by car or even by foot. Also Cri is the nicest person and it was so much fun spending some time together. We will definitely come back ♡

Was a beautiful respite for our family while travelling between Rome and Florence. It comfortably fit eight of us including the grandparents and younger children. We enjoyed a day trip to Assisi and spent time by the pool. Quiet but about an eight minute drive to a nearby town. Just a tip, use Apple maps instead of Google Maps. Google wanted to send us down an overgrown path.

Our stay with Marta and her family could not have been nicer. We felt absolutely comfortable from the first moment. The property is absolutely spacious, lovingly furnished, incredibly well maintained and run with love. Marta and her family are absolutely lovely and take care of their guests very nicely. All wishes are fulfilled. The pizza evening was wonderful and a successful conclusion to our stay. If you are looking for a dreamy, secluded Tuscan ambience and loving hosts, "Poggio del Fattore" is the right place for you.

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!
