Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Passignano sul Trasimeno

Beautiful, nicely furnished and sparkling clean apartment. Very nice bathroom. Everything in the city within walking distance. 2 parking spaces nearby (about 300m), one free, one for a fee. Upon our arrival, we used the escalators, which is a small detour. The quickest way is from the parking lot directly up a few short, flat steps and some bumpy terrain. The path to the escalators is also bumpy. All in all a highly recommended accommodation, we felt very comfortable.

We had a great stay at Chiara’s place. Her restaurant recommendations were on point and there were 2 neighborhood cafes to get a quick cappuccino before heading out for the day! The ability to open windows and fall asleep in the cool night air was very pleasant! Overall, I will return if ever In Perugia again!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

The hosts of Casa Lieta were very responsive and proactive. His wife checked us in, who was very kind at that time and also during subsequent communications. He helped us by giving us directions and they also provided us with breakfast cookies. The only flaw of the stay was some of the linen that perhaps needed to be rechecked after washing. That said, great experience, I would go back and recommend it to everyone!

Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better. A very modern design, good energy making it easy to relax, cook and enjoy. We highly recommend and we’ll be coming back on our next visit. Thank you!

This place is pure magic. You are perched on top of a hill with an endless view out over Umbria. You could stare at it all day. The interior is simple but well appointed and has everything you need. But we spent all of our time outside - a beautiful dining table and lounge chairs look out over the view, and amazing pool with the same view, a wood-fired bbq where we cooked all of our meals. It was my wife, out 2-year-old and myself, and we had the most amazing time relaxing on the property. Radicofani, is an ancient town, frozen in time and only a 4 minute drive away - it's got a coupe great resturants, good butcher, cafe and bakery and a very cool fortress. We took a day trip to Pienza (stunning) and another to the amazing "Balena Bianca" hot springs. Google it! This place makes the perfect basecamp for day trips, or the ideal spot to kick back and relax. The host are super responsive and a huge help for tips, ideas or if you need anything. We will be back for sure. Thank you!!

We stayed at Valentina's for a week, it was a wonderful week. The landscaped park with the pool was a dream. The tastefully furnished apartment was private and protected from view. Everything was available. We received good support and information in advance and during the vacation. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. The Minimetro in Perugia and the accessibility there can also be used by people who are not good on their feet.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Marco’s place is in the heart of Montichiello village, perched atop a hill with beautiful views. We stayed one night during our biking trip from Siena and wished we could have stayed longer! Marco is a kind and thoughtful host. The apartment is clean, stylish, and comfortable, with spotless bathrooms and a great shower. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a cozy table for meals. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep the space cool in summer. The apartment is on the first floor, reached by stairs lined with flower pots, and features a charming bookshelf at the entrance. On the ground floor, there’s a storage room where we safely stored our bikes alongside Marco’s. It also has a washing machine and dryer available. A local grocery store is just 300 meters away. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in this lovely village!

The stay with Andreas and Natchana was very nice, quiet, relaxing and dog-friendly. The fenced garden, which is also protected from wildlife by a pasture fence, not only offers a well-maintained pool, but has everything you need for your needs. There are plenty of different seating/reclining options and a barbecue corner with its own sink. In general, the garden in the evening with its lighting, the lake in the background and the fireflies is an absolute dream ambience. The house is very cozy and furnished to a high standard. There is everything in dishes and spices, so you only have to buy food. Who books this place won't be sorry for you.

Beautiful house, scenic and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Lots of games and things to do as a family. Maybe the best part was having pizza night with Ana and Franco which was arranged by Alberto. Just loved this spot!

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

Denyse's place was perfect for our 6 day vacation in Cortona. We wanted a restful spot with easy access for day trips. For 2 couples it was wonderful with one large bedroom and bath on different floors, up to date kitchen and best of all -- the rooftop terrace. Since the place is next to the city wall -- we had sweeping views of the Tuscan valley and the historic buildings. Easy walking distance to plazas and restaurants (be prepared for some uphill). Someone from Together in Tuscany was usually at the Tourist Info center so it was wonderful to stop there and speak to Isabella if we had any questions or issues. . She was very responsive on What's App too. Denyse always responded promptly before and during our visit as well. They also arranged a walking tour of Cortona for us. This place was a gem and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a peaceful and restorative vacation.

We had an amazing week in Casa Trasimonte, where we enjoyed the house, the pool, the terrace and the view. The house is richly equipped, so we ate a lot at home. We also ate at the local restaurant Lo Scoliotto, where the view and food are good. In Tuoro, we ate with great views of the lake. Largo Trasimeno itself was a bit of a disappointment. Not to look at (really beautiful), but not inviting to bathe. We did great walks in the mountains around the house and met a beautiful animal diversity. All in all, a great recommendation from us.

We had a great week at Silvia's place. From the first moment we really felt at home. The view from the house of the lake is stunning and the sunsets are magical. The house itself is sincerely equipped with all the comforts. The beds are wonderfully located, the bathrooms are perfect and the kitchen is very extensive. Furthermore, it is also noticeable that everything is really super clean and tidy. A lot of time and effort has been put into having everything perfect. The surroundings are of course magnificent. You have the beautiful lake in your backyard, but you will also be in Tuscany in no time. So there's more than enough to see and do. Silvia is also an incredibly nice and kind host. The communication is very pleasant and fast and she will send a very extensive explanation and tips before your arrival. And if there are any questions in between, she'll be here to help. We hope to be returning one day.

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Giacomo is above and beyond the perfect host, and his apartment was exquisite. It was spacious, beautifully designed, had absolutely everything a visitor could need, and It was immaculate. The location could not have been better. It was just a few minutes walk to the Centro Storico with great restaurants and a phenomenal art museum. We loved Viale Indipendenza, and both in the morning and at night we stood there and looked out over Perugia and to the mountains. The sunsets were exquisite. Thank you, Giacomo, for every way you helped us have a great first visit to Perugia.

What an incredible stay!! 10/10. We traveled all over Tuscany for 2 weeks and this stay ranks right up there at the top. From the communication and ease of getting to the apartment to the beautiful old history of the building and town. Just wow! Great location. Restaurants right outside the door. Easy to drive to other towns around the lake. Free parking a short walk from the apartment.

Dominik’s house became our home away from home. The apartment was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We will miss our lunches sitting outside on the front balcony, our afternoon cocktails on the back balcony, and watching the sun set from our kitchen window. Because of my special needs Dominik went out of his way to accomodate and help. Il Nuvoloso is everything you would expect for an Italian vacation. We hope to be able to return again one day. We definitely would recommend Il Nuvoloso as a perfect place to stay. Thank you Dominik for all you have done to make our stay perfect. Big hug to Celeste and the staff.

Absolutely recommend the stay here! The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos and the hosts hospitality is incredible! Still can’t believe we got this incredible experience for a very reasonable price. The location is perfect for exploring Val D’orcia and at the same time very peaceful and secluded. Will return for sure! 🫶🏼

Very good stay. We were able to enjoy. It's spacious. Very nice. New and clean and beds are comfortable. The proximity to the road is not an inconvenience. Not much time at night.

I highly recommend this place to stay. The hosts were extremely friendly and hospitable. They cooked us dinner and breakfast from their restaurant and the food was some of the best food we have had in Italy. The entire property was beautiful and serene. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we are in the area.
