Nice location and friendly host. Everything was set up nicely.

Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay or a nicer host. The studio is well stocked with a great selection of teas, pantry condiments, a stash of emergency food (stores are not open late around here) and lots of thoughtful extras to replace things you might have forgotten at home. I really appreciated the clothes steamer (and there's an iron, so you have your pick), and the local walks with maps and directions that Dave left in the studio. The bed is super comfortable; the shower is huge. Great location right on the edge of town, quiet but close to everything. Above all, Dave was a fantastic host- kind, generous and helpful. Really enjoyed our conversations. He invited me to check in early and check out late, and even sent me home with a dozen fresh eggs from his chickens.

Karen is very friendly, talkative & passionate about her space. She pays attention to details like leaving a journal out for guests, providing ample toiletries, curating a binder full of recommendations and important info, and the cherry on top was leaving a bucket of chicken feathers for guests to take one as a souvenir. She gave us farm fresh eggs and told funny stories. You have a private patio but she also welcomes you to explore the gardens around her property.

An excellent stay! I can see why they have 5 stars, and it is well deserved. The space is clean, host friendly, and the space has everything you could want. We loved the small touches that make the space cozy like artwork and comfy pillows. The kitchen was also well stocked with basics like salt and pepper and needed things like carrot peelers and utensils not all Airbnbs have. The neighborhood was very peaceful and everything about this Airbnb was planned with such care and attention to detail. We will likely stay here again in the future.
