Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

Come to relax in an exceptional and preserved site, in a mill of the fifteenth century, located in the heart of Morbihan. Ideal for families: heated pool (from april till october) aviaries, donkeys, horse and chickens on the estate. A cottage with an equipped kitchen with all the essentials to cook a good meal, a table and comfortable armchairs to enjoy a homemade meal. A new 160x200 bed (hotel quality) with 2 firm pillows and 2 fluffy pillows. 100% cotton bed linen. A bathroom (organic shower gel, shampoo, towel dryer) The lounge area with a heated hot tub to relax in. Water heated all year round to 38 in winter and 35/36 in summer. A table for an aperitif by the spa.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Calm and nature to recharge your batteries, breathe or enjoy the beauty of the landscape in a lodge with an exotic atmosphere. You will enjoy a hilly area, a fishing pond, a 1st category stream for trout, a park with aviaries and exotic birds. The chalet is also close to sites such as the Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes, Rochefort en Terre, Guérande, Pénestin, the Branféré park, La Gacilly or the Brocéliande forest.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .

House ideally located to navigate between the Gulf of Morbihan, La Baule, La Roche Bernard and Guérande. 10 minutes from the beaches of Damgan, Billiers, Pénestin..., Branféré animal park. 5 min from the old port of La Roche Bernard or the Arzal dam and its recreational area. We remind you that we do not allow gatherings with noise pollution.
