We loved Bills home. The Unit was wonderful, clean, spacious, awesome decor, great lighting. The Pool and area was spa like, exactly what we wanted, but more. Bill was very friendly, very responsive. We had a great experience and will be back for sure. Thank you!

Allison and Cody were excellent hosts. Very communicative and detail oriented. The home was beautiful and so calming. The pool was wonderful on the warm days we were there. Would gladly stay there again!

It is well decorated and well maintained, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. There are many amenities to entertain your group, and the backyard is such a treat. It felt like a home away from home, beautiful zen location for our family to enjoy coming back to for a literal rest and relaxation after intense all day conventions in Austin. I would totally come back just for a relaxing vacation here at this house.

This home was perfect for our family of 10 adults and one child! My siblings and our families all came into to town from Phoenix and Houston to watch our neice play at the Texas Shootout Showcase. The house was perfect, clean, and comfortable. The pool was a great add on, and Anthony was a great host. The only thing I would warn about is that all bedrooms are upstairs, so if you have anyone with a disability in your group, this would be the only reason to consider not booking it.

This house is amazing! Our group of 9 fit perfectly—even all together in the pool! The location is excellent for getting to downtown. We had another house cancel on us two weeks before our trip and Kyle totally saved us!

Jessica's place was great, I don't think I paid attention to notice that the place was a two story home but it was very quaint. The stay was nice, the AC works great, she has plenty of things to keep you entertained if you don't bring your own, like Roku TV's, a PS5 and Xbox one. There is a park right across the street from the home which was great for my kids, I think we spent as much time there as we did in the home. Jessica was very responsive when it came to communicating about checking in and out. The checkout instructions were short, sweet, and easy to follow. Overall I would recommend staying here, and who knows, if we're ever in the area again we'll stay there again.

Mindy was accommodating and friendly, nice place, small private backyard area for kiddos, quiet & relaxed environment. Great for a small family.

Great place! We weren’t planning to stay in the area, but I’m glad we did. A day trip that we planned as a visit to Kalahari turned into a great overnight experience in Round Rock. Having an older child and small babies can be tough at the water park but this home made it smooth sailing for us. Do be sure to bring your travel crib for babies if you’re used to them sleeping in their crib instead of your bed. Other than that, we had a perfect trip to Round Rock and highly recommend this home for families, especially those families looking to avoid the high cost of lodging at Kalahari!

I will always book this option. if available during my future travels to the Austin area. Great host and a beautiful home. My only slight negative would be to advise better of how high the step down off the patio. only because it's deceivingly higher than it looks. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING and totally worth it.

Our family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean, spacious, and felt cozy the moment we walked in. It was the perfect place to relax after a full day of fun at Kalahari indoor water park, which was just a short drive away. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend for families visiting the area – we’d definitely stay here again!

We traveled from FL to visit dear friends & after looking diligently for months finally found what we thought would be a perfect fit for 2 moms & 8 kids. What we discovered was even more than we could have asked for…it was obvious the house was at one time someone’s cherished home where lots of memories were made. Not only was it charming and extremely comfortable, there was plenty of room inside and out for everyone to spread out to play board games, cook together, laugh, rest, and just be. The house stayed very cold even on high 90* days, the kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and extras, the extremely comfortable beds and blackout curtains worked so well we all slept through several storms. And the creek! The first day all the kids played for hours, but after the rain it rose quite high so we enjoyed it from a distance. The teen boys though fished from sunup to sundown every chance they got! Memories were made here that will last a lifetime.

We’ve been traveling to the Austin area for almost 10 years and Rosana’s place is now at the top of our list. The location was easy to get to and the neighborhood was quiet. This home is very pet friendly with a great backyard for them to enjoy.

We had a wedding in Round Rock and this worked out perfect for everything we had going on. HEB was close for breakfast and snacks. House was super cute and they did really good job at remodeling and decorating. I drove my Tesla so the charger was so convenient.

This home was clean, and definitely provided what we needed! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything with needed. We were huge fans of the neighborhood but it was a nice walking distance from an awesome park and trail. Megan was welcoming and I would recommend her home!

The house was perfect! Very cute, clean, home-y, safe. It had everything we needed. We loved it and will definitely plan to stay here on future trips. It is close to The Domain. It’s very accessible from the highway, and also quiet and secluded. Really couldn’t ask for better. The hosts were fantastic! We will be back!!
