A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. A perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter. Martina's house is a real treat, very spacious and tastefully furnished, very welcoming there was everything you need for a nice vacation, and our dogs were able to enjoy a large garden Martina and her family were very quick to answer any questions and very friendly The house is in a very quiet area but you can easily reach the city and its surroundings A wonderful experience!

We were really happy with our 4 week stay in Sansepolcro with Eleonora and Giulio. We felt incredibly welcomed and enjoyed the space with our 4 month old baby. There were many recommendations provided and our home away from home was a great location for day trips to neighbouring places like Anghiari, Arezzo, Citta di Castello, Badia Teldalda, Siena, Florence, Pisa, Gubbio and Perugia. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and very accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with the baby and his first time away. We stayed from mid-March to mid-April and the weather was cool but the heating worked well and was not much of an agreed upon, additional cost per usage. We were able to go for a few walks, enjoy picnics on the lawn and enjoy the greenery. I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful, clean and renovated apartment in every detail. Great location, a stone's throw from the main square. Very convenient check-in and check-out phases, especially thanks to the kindness of Chiara and Aurelia, who were always prompt in their responses. We had a great time, so we will definitely be back when we visit our relatives in Città di Castello.
