Vacation home in Moelan-sur-Mer

Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the porch. We live in the adjoining house, without a neighbor opposite, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. Centrally located in the heart of Brittany you will stay in a quiet spot with a beautiful view of the valley and on an 8 minute walk of the Petite cite de caractere Guemene sur Scorff. This recently remodeled house is part of a longère. It is spacious and characteristic designed by an interior architect. A cozy space with a woodburner, a fully equipped kitchen and a great bathroom. And on top of it of you will sleep in alcove in a 180 x 200 box spring.

Le Moulin de Kérangoc: Moulin du XIXème.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

The house is perfect for couples and families. On foot, in the center of town, you will find an excellent bakery for your breakfast, a grocery store, a café and the daily press. It is reserved for tenants and only for them.

Second home of all the Botplançon cottages, the gîte Rézé is distinguished by a beautiful living room whose glass door opens onto a private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside, without vis-à-vis. It can accommodate up to 3 people using the sofa bed. The kitchen bar is well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster...).
