Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows provide access to the terrace and small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the gîte. The second accommodation of all the Botplançon cottages, the Rézé cottage is distinguished by a beautiful living room whose glass door opens onto a private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside, without neighbors. It can accommodate up to 3 people using the sofa bed. The kitchen bar is well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster...).
