In the floating vacation home "Aloha", over 2 floors, your dream of a vacation on the water comes true. The water house is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Modern architecture and maritime interiors, combined with this unique location, make the stay a special experience. Relaxation is offered by the exclusive terraces and the large sun deck (30 m² with beach chair), from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the Schlei. - Dogs welcome!

Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.

This exclusive 64 m² floating home in Laboe accommodates up to 2 guests in one bedroom with a bathroom. The entire interior was freshly renovated in March 2026. You will find a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, two TVs, and Wi-Fi suitable for video calls. The property features designer furniture, large panoramic windows, and a thoughtful layout that creates a pleasant atmosphere. Relax in your private sauna and unwind.
