We had an incredible experience at Alex's place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—it felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy linens and beach toys for our kiddos. The location couldn't be better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made our mornings trek to the beach effortless. We loved being so close to the gulf while still having a quiet, peaceful place to return to. Communication with the host was exceptional. They were quick to respond, super helpful, and provided clear instructions for check-in and local tips that really enhanced our stay. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is so it is available the next time we want to come back. (hahaha) Honestly, we can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely return in a heartbeat.

The building is very nice, the apartment is spotless, the kitchen is well-equipped, the apartment layout is very friendly, there are beautiful views of the ocean, and the interior decoration is very tasteful. Everything was amazing!!! Thank you so much 100%

Place was great and very clean

I highly recommend Monica's condo if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation. She is a great host and responds to quickly to questions. My husband and I traveled to SPI for a quick getaway. The first thing we noticed when walking into the condo is that it was spacious with a beautiful view of the gulf. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is a corner unit with a large balcony where we enjoyed spending our evenings listening to the waves and one evening watching fireworks. Some of the previous reviews mentioned that the elevators were slow. I only noticed this during check-in because multiple people were checking in at the same time. Other than this we didn't wait long. The condo is located next to stairs which was also a convenient option. To sum things up, we had a great time and would love to stay at Monica's condo the next time we return to SPI!

Very comfortable stay, it has everything you need, it meets what is described, it is a very clean accommodation, the host responds very quickly.

We will definitely try to book this place again in the future, we’ve already saved this location on our “favorite” place to stay, and allowing my dogs which one is a retired medical assistant dog which just turned 16 years old.

Jose was really nice answered all of our questions and really responsive, this is the second time we have booked this house and it is in a really great spot close to the beach, liquor store, and a market all on the corner. It has all the amenities they list and you feel right at home. They have a pool which was really fun and a great bbq setup. Great for big families . We hope to go back when we can again. I stayed at this lovely home in Brownsville for six days and truly enjoyed the experience. The space was not only well-appointed and clean, but it also carried a sense of warmth and tranquility that made it easy to feel at home. There was something peaceful about the energy of the house—calming, comfortable, and ideal for rest or quiet reflection. The host was attentive and respectful of privacy, which added to the overall ease of the stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a serene and welcoming place in Brownsville.

Condo was just right for our family of 5! Pool was literally right around the corner. Great place for a family. Family friendly pool and beach. Mario our host was always very responsive and kind. Priced reasonably and had the best of both worlds with huge pool and beautiful beach within walking distance. We will be back!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The beach was just a short walk away, which made everything even better. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, clean, well decorated and it has everything you need, from games, books and toys to all the kitchen supplies. Our hosts were very responsive whenever we had a question or issues.

We had a great time at the Condo and the access was easy and pools were great. We had plenty of room and the Condo was a perfect fit for our family, will rent the place again.

8 years I've been coming to the island and this is definitely one of my top stays if not the top. loved the master shower, plenty of towels, very close to restaurants and the beach, probably one of the most ideal places to stay for people who want options to be beach bums or go experience some night life. Pool was clean, family friendly, but was especially great for our couples trip. Everyone had plenty of room and privacy.

I will happily rebook this Air BnB! Marguerite was very proactive with her communication and the location was perfect with beach access 5 mins away. The biggest thing I appreciated was the shower located on the outside and one in the backyard so we could clean ourselves and our belongings before entering the unit! I also very much appreciated the designated parking and beach towels provided.
