This 2 bedroom cozy cottage is located in Los Fresnos,TX. It's perfect for individuals,couples and small families. It can comfortably accommodate 4 ppl. We are conveniently located between South Padre Island,Brownsville,Harlingen and to all four international bridge crossings from Los Indios to Brownsville.For the enjoyment of all birdwatchers we are located in the middle of 3 major wildlife refugees. One being Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge. We're also 6miles away from windmill farm.

Enjoy the amenities at LIV including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, Pickleball /tennis, 18 hole-par 3 Golf Course, tennis, shuffle board, mini golf, gym, restaurant and so much more! Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $90 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village

Bedrooms have a television capable of streaming. This property comes with a boat lift and a private dock to fish from. You will have the entire top unit and deck to yourselves. The bottom unit is not for rent so you will be by yourself on the property.

An $90 administrative fee has to be paid to HOA for the parking and the amenities wristbands. If Long Island Village Resort Center is closed, drive to the security gate. Key pad will give you instructions to contact security to register for the night ***Registration must be completed next morning***. You will be able to access all areas of the home. Great location!
