What a special place....quiet, farm setting, close to beach, pristine accommodation but with homely touches. Welcoming dog friendly and undiscovered. Lovely hosts, who gave a local garage recommendation which saved our trip. We will be back and forblonger, next time. Thank you so much, Lucy & Rich.

We had a lovely stay, we enjoyed spending time in Newquay and Padstow which are both a short drive away. There is a lovely walk to the coast and coffee van a short walk away, a perfect stay, thank you!

We (a family of four with two young children) had a lovely time at Kate's place. The cottage is very nicely set up and well situated for a visit to the area. Our kids very much enjoyed exploring the beautiful garden, and our eight year old asked that I particularly mention the great selection of board games. We loved being able to walk home across the fields after a day at the beach and delicious ice creams from Porthcothan Bay stores. Thank you as well Kate for being so responsive and helpful!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Julie's place. She is very good with communicating and replies instantly most of the time. The place looks exactly like the photos and is very well equipped. We had everything we needed and lots of space also around the lodge. The lodge itself is quite modern and well designed and the two bathrooms make it very comfortable for multiple people to stay at once. The welcome cookies and dog treats were a very nice gesture. The holiday park has a bar/restaurant but the shop has permanently closed. There is a supermarket around a 5 minute drive so this was not an issue at all. The park is very quiet and peaceful and conveniently located to visit all the different beaches (most within a 10-15 minute drive). I would definitely reccommend this beautiful lodge you will not regret it!
