The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

A well-developed network of cycle paths is located in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available in front of the house. Two apartments are upstairs and can be reached by stairs. The apartment has a small well-equipped kitchenette and a large south-facing balcony.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
