Beautiful bungalow in the Vienna Woods

Lovingly renovated 1960s bungalow in an absolutely quiet location surrounded by 1,000 square meters of natural garden. Living area: Living room (42 sqm) with adjoining kitchen, 2 bedrooms (14 sqm each), bathroom, toilet and entrance hall. Living room with dining table for 4 to 6 people and sofa bed (150 cm). Direct access from the living room to the terrace (20 square meters) with a generous seating set. Bus to Vienna (city limit 3 km/center 20) runs every half hour. Two supermarkets on site. Just five minutes into the woods.

Schneeweißchen has about 18m² and is equipped with a photovoltaic system. There is a kitchen with a water-logged wood-burning stove, a 2-burner gas hob, a bathroom with a shower and a composting toilet. A super large double bed offers space for 2 people. Schneeweißchen stands together with Rosenrot on a 600m² garden.

The apartment is on the ground floor. The rose city of Tulln has plenty to see. The Egon Schiele Museum is located right on the beautiful Donaulände. For garden lovers, we recommend visiting the Tulln Garden. Every year, many visitors flock to the numerous trade fairs in Tulln.

Cozy guest apartment near Vienna

Whether out into nature or off to the city. This place is the starting point for visiting Vienna, excursions to the Wachau or hikes in the Vienna Woods. It is located only a 7-minute walk to Neulengbach train station. Train connection to Vienna center is optimal, but to the airport is complicated. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We live in the wing next door on the ground floor. We are also available for tips and questions or a little chat.

Sissi Living - 8 minutes to Schönbrunn

Garage and supermarket directly opposite. 100 metres to tram 49 (every 7 minutes) to U3 Hütteldorfer Straße (2 stops). From there, take the U3 to Stephansplatz in 12 minutes. The open-plan living area is designed in classic Viennese style with a double bed (1.80 x 2 metres), comfortable sofa bed and smart TV. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can try out our Viennese recipes, including a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee rituals.
