Eine Heizung gibt es aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht. Bei Interesse könnt ihr Tischtennis spielen, Federball spielen oder einfach nur in Schatten oder Sonne entspannen.

The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is easily reachable by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to purchase a property right on the water. Next to our now completely renovated detached house, the cottage located directly on the water is also located on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Warning for large adults: A low ceiling beam from 1775 crosses the room.

Country house "Havelauszeit" - Relax in this unique place. Sauna & hot tub are included in the price. The house is located not far from the Havel River, about 6 to 15 minutes' walk away, where you can end the evenings on the water or on a hidden jetty in the reeds. Of course, you can also rent our stand-up paddle or explore the beautiful landscape around the Havel.
