The vacation rental is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It offers an unobstructed view to the south, into the Havelland region. On the ground floor, there is an eat-in kitchen with a sofa bed, a terrace, and a private garden. On the second floor, you will find the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with a welcoming shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 sqm (431 sq ft). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 sqm) can also be rented. Three additional people can stay there.

Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Our spacious circus wagon sits just outside a small village, surrounded by unspoiled nature with open views across a pond and into the woods. Plenty of paths invite you to explore, to go on a walk or on a run. Or you can simply unwind in the hammock in your private garden - all day long and read 2 books

It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. Our converted barn is part of a former small estate near Brandenburg an der Havel. Idyllically located in a very small village, you can enjoy nature from here, take long walks through the forest or to the water. The house offers a cozy, bright and serene atmosphere. The large table for more than 12 people and the open kitchen-living room invite you to cook and linger. But seminars or yoga groups could also feel comfortable with us.
