The apartment is in a great location! There is air conditioning in every room and the balcony is a dream in terms of size. The pedestrian zone can be reached in 5 minutes and the beach in 8 minutes. We were 5 which was no problem and the space was enough

The apartment and the pool were very clean. Sufficient dishes and cookware for all persons were available and intact. The location was very quiet and yet close to the center of Pineta. Loungers by the pool were missing and would have been nice, but it was also possible with the towel. A question to the Agenzia by email remained unanswered. All in all, a very good accommodation for this price in our opinion.

The place matches the photos and is really nice and to feel comfortable. The parking is very tight, so you have trouble parking with a larger car. The washing machine provided is available for a fee when using. A wash will cost 6 euros. Should write about it. We only got bed linen at the agency upon direct request. and even these were only two large polishes and two posters. There were no blankets. The beach and the pedestrian zone are very quick and easily accessible. a small supermarket is within easy reach. The dog beach, as well as the free beach can be reached in just a few minutes of walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Our stay at this beautiful house was absolutely fantastic. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offers plenty of space, and the decor is simply impressive – high quality furniture, dishes, and pans, all at top level. The cleanliness was spotless, so clean that you feel right at home. We were particularly enthusiastic about the spacious garage and the thoughtful technology – everything can be operated comfortably by radio. We felt extremely safe and absolutely like at home. The host was incredibly helpful, both at check-in and check-out. Everything was perfectly described, and the information provided was extremely useful. The location is another highlight: extremely quiet, right on the golf course, but still close enough to town and the beach, both of which are easily accessible by bike. It was the ideal mix of relaxation and accessibility. We highly recommend this house to anyone and come

Fabiana was great host. We had no problem with communication, she is very kind person and she was very helpful during our stay at her house. Fabiana gave us a lot of tips where to go and what to see with our two small kids. Her house is beautiful and equipped with everything you would need. Everything was clean and ready to use. Location is also great because it is just 2 minutes by car to the city center of Cividale del Friulli. We would definitely come back again. Thank you Fabiana!

We really enjoyed staying at Green Village. Our house had loads of space and a very big garden. The whole ressort is very green and well mantained. We loved spending time there with the kids. Also the shuttle service to the beach was a big help! There was only one point that was negative: the kitchen didnt have enough utensils for proper cooking. We had only one giant knife (that didnt cut well anymore, had already issues cutting tomatoes). No cutting board, no eletric devices (like mixer, blender…), only one pan where all the food would stick on it. The oven was some “mix” of oven and microwave and both functions didnt worked properly, even after we checked for a manual online, as there were only 2 buttons at all with no explanation whatsoever. Would be easier to have a simpler machine and decide if oven or microwave. Anyways we would definetely recommend Green Village. Next time we come back we either wont cook in the house or bring a few amenities with us :) Communication was always very fast and uncomplicated.
