we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The lovingly furnished wooden house offers plenty of space for friends & family of 130 sq m. Away from the tourist hotspots, you can find peace & quiet in nature, on walks through the Bodden landscape, sunbathing on the terrace, cosily in front of the fireplace, with a view over the wide field where deer and cranes say good morning to each other. The nearest hotspots for water sports enthusiasts are just a few minutes away, the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are 25 min away. Dogs are very welcome.

Happy vacations by the Baltic Sea - that's what Zingsthus is. Quietly located in a side street, just a few minutes from the beach. Cozy all year - with terrace & sauna. 6 beds & a folding couch allow for example two families to spend their vacation under one roof. Fancy some beach air, sand digging, birdwatching, salt water surfing; want to feel the wind when cycling and awe at marvelous sunsets ... ? off to Zingsthus! BTW: the name Zingsthus plays with "hus" / house in northern dialects.

Relax in this unique place to stay. In the immediate vicinity of the Darß and the Baltic Sea beach - and yet away from the hustle and bustle - our natural work is located in the green municipality of Pruchten between Zingst and Barth. A spacious apartment (70 sqm) on the first floor with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a wood-burning stove. Nothing off the shelf, everything individually furnished. In the garden you can sit comfortably under the large walnut tree and unwind.

Beautiful place to stay close to the center in a quiet location

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from December 22, 25-April 5, 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage and thereby preserving it. Between Bodden and the Baltic Sea

A big table for eating, playing, painting, partying and a lot of comfort around it. The Bodden with swimming area, playground and barbecue area is only a few minutes walk away, and this place is also the ideal place to find peace and relaxation in the high season.

Our 2-room apartment 45 sqm is located in the attic. A combined living & dining room with kitchenette offers everything you need for a nice vacation. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the living room, a third bed is at your disposal. Bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartment is designed for 2-3 guests. The parking space belonging to the apartment is located directly at the house and is available to you free of charge.

Cozy - Northeast

Our thatched roof provides a comfortable stay around the year. The landscape all the way up to Zingst can be viewed from the balcony. You may relax in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. The village has access to many bike routes and hiking trails along the south side of the Bodden and the baltic sea coast. Stralsund, Rostock and other destinations are close by.

My place is right behind the dune of the Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh. You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house.
