Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Pula

It was a wonderful vacation in a perfect house with a quiet and very private environment. The pool was great. The house was modern and newly furnished. Just as it was described in the pictures. We would all like to come back here next year.

A hidden paradise for humans and dogs! Very close to all the beautiful beaches, hiking and surf spots!

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

An absolutely wonderful villa & a wonderful host! Alan was a great host - responsive & kind: he came early in the morning in the middle of our week’s stay to clean the pool for us before we got up. He also gave us great local recommendations of activities to do & beaches to visit. The house itself is stunning - I would say even better than in the photos. It was spotlessly clean; beautiful, calming & private. We loved it as a great base for a family holiday with small children, exploring Istria. Would thoroughly recommend both host & house; & would happily come back again in the future. Thank you, Alan!

We were a family of 4 adults and 2 teens (16+14) in the accommodation. We loved the tranquility and seclusion. That was exactly what we wanted. The house is small, but it is completely sufficient. Everything is beautifully decorated and placed. Just like you can see from the pictures. The outdoor area is simply a dream. Thought out to the smallest corner. We used the outdoor kitchen regularly. We were there in October and also had good weather. (average 22 degrees☀️) As a result, the pool and hot tub were used very well. The small bay is also just very nice. We spent a whole day there and were all alone. We highly recommend this place. We'll be back. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. We couldn't figure out where to heat the pool, but we were always in the whirlpool anyway. A perfect accommodation for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

This was our second time at Bojan's but this time as it was only 2 of us, we booked the studio apartment. It is small but well equipped and clean, perfect for 2. The balcony is great, you can see the sea. It is in a peaceful location but in 10 minutes you are in "downtown" where you can find everything: shops, cafés, restautants, bus stop to Pula, the beaches and the departure point to the Brijuni islands. Our hosts were supernice and we enjoyed our stay very much, would definitely come again, I do recommend it.

Tibor's apartment offers everything you need for a short to medium length vacation. Communication with him was always very straightforward and direct. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Tibor's mother and taken around the apartment and the property. A small welcome snack for guests of all ages is available in the living room. The accommodation itself was very clean and had everything you need in everyday life. The terrace offers a perfect outdoor retreat with plenty of space for breakfast, dinner, or just relaxing. The pool area is large enough for several guests. The pool itself offers the perfect opportunity to refresh yourself, do some sports, or play with your children. The area around the apartment is very quiet. To get to the nearest town, you would probably need a car or bike, if you don't mind walking a bit. The same applies to the nearest beach.

A well-equipped and comfortable accommodation. We immediately felt comfortable and were able to enjoy the time thanks to the great apartment and location. Darko was always available to us and that gave us a good feeling - really great hosts.

Very nice place, ideal for two people. Looked a bit small on paper, but there was more than adequate for two people. Benefited from outside area and own parking space. With ready access to a bakery and shop. Beaches and Town, we’re both walkable, but also well served by public transport.

Super clean, small apartment, absolutely sufficient for 2 people and small dog, equipped with everything you need. Everything was as described in advance. Wi-Fi and TV work perfectly if you need it. Ana lives above the apartment and is always available when you need it. In the entrance area is a small cozy seating area. Ana's dog Aaron was also enthusiastic about our small, quiet dog😀, outside the apartment, - approx. 70 m - there is a meadow to walk to the walk. We felt very comfortable.
