The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (z.B.: Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (z.B.: Marienkäfer) möglich.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! On a few square meters, the small house offers everything you need for a cozy stay. Charming terrace included! Welcome!

The house is totaly unique. 3.13 x 3.23 m2, but 2 stocks - ground with bathroom - 1st floor kitchen and dininig room - 2nd floor bedroom (Queen size bed - big enough for two 180cmx160cm) and entry to balcony Here are some stairs in the house. Electrical heating in every room. Here is enough space only for two people.

Unser altes, ehemaliges Bauernhaus liegt in Burgschleinitz, einem hübschen Dorf mit mittelalterlicher Wasserburg, romanischer Kirche, gotischem Karner und viel Natur zwischen Wald- und Weinviertel nahe Eggenburg. Und Josephsbrot, die vielleicht beste Bäckerei Österreichs mit Cafe. Wir freuen uns! Susanne und Ernst
