The comfortable and fully equiped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of about 75 m² and is suitable for max 4 adults & 2 children.

The duplex apartment is located in a historic pilot house in a small port town near Stralsund. It is only a few meters walk to the water. Suitable for max. 2 adults and one child. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a small dining area and an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a bath and sauna. In the upper part is the living-bedroom with a wooden beamed ceiling, a double bed and a sofa bed ( about 80x190cm).
