Our appartement is the perfect stay for your holidays in Austria. You live next to nature but also close to the city of Vienna. The light-filled living area with 100m² offers quiet relaxation and all necessary comforts to make your stay a unique holiday. You are welcome to spend your time in our beautiful garden with a creek running thourgh it. Near our house there are some nice walks along the river Traisen, arround the fishpod or uphill to some unique restaurants in the hilly countryside.

A nice little 22 m² holiday apartment on the organic farm. Living room with kitchen coffee maker and kettle available. Microwave, stove and fridge. Locked connecting door to the residential building. Separate entrance, shower sink and toilet are provided in the room. Small children live in the house hiking opportunities, bike paths available. Indoor swimming pool in Scheibbs ski resorts Ötscher 40 min Hochkar ca 50 min and brine pool Göstling 40 min away

You are spending a few days of vacation in the heart of Lower Austria? Or are you coming to St. Pölten for a seminar and would like to relax a little in the countryside in the evening? Do you want to be in your quarters in just a few minutes after a visit to the State Theater or the Festival Hall? We have a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, a separate bedroom - all for your personal use. And when the weather is nice, a cozy spot outside.

Cozy guest apartment near Vienna

Whether out into nature or off to the city. This place is the starting point for visiting Vienna, excursions to the Wachau or hikes in the Vienna Woods. It is located only a 7-minute walk to Neulengbach train station. Train connection to Vienna center is optimal, but to the airport is complicated. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We live in the wing next door on the ground floor. We are also available for tips and questions or a little chat.
