Located directly on the forest, you can hike from the apartment on numerous routes into the Harz Mountains or start with the mountain bike. The motorway (A36) makes the place the perfect starting point for excursions in the entire Harz region, as well as in the northern Harz foothills. With about 60 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The attic was converted in 2016 and one of the two resulting apartments is rented as a vacation home. The apartment has been extended to the top of the roof, creating a generous sense of space.
