There is also an air mattress in the living room, which can accommodate 2 people. In a newly built house from 2022, we have made two small apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom and entrance to our kids. Now some of the kids have moved and we're renting one out. The apartment is 25 sqm and has a nice bathroom with shower - full kitchen with stove with 2 burners, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a dining table with chairs and then there is a cabinet bed with a nice mattress. It can easily be opened up with the bedding arranged so it is easy to make good floor space. There is a large sliding door and a lovely view

The bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. The apartment is located in a quiet area with immediate parking attached.

I kan gå, vandre, løbe og cykle (mountainbike ) og bade. Togstation 1 km . Indkøb 800 m. Beliggenhed mellem Viborg, Århus, Silkeborg og Randers. Perfekt til en stor familie eller en mindre gruppe (max 8) med plads til hygge og aktiviteter. Opladning af el-bil på Østergade eller v. den lokale Brugs - ca. 700 meter fra ejendommen.

My beautiful house is 83 m2 with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a pull-out bed. A bed can be made for a 5th person. There is a baby chair, games and toys for children. A lovely kitchen-dining room with access to an old but cozy garden room, from which you can enjoy the beautiful garden. It takes approx. 15 minutes to walk into the center of Randers. If you drive into Randers, it is cheap to park next to the bus station = DKK 7/hour.
