The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well appointed and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The not overcrowded beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800 m).

Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 square meters) with all comforts for a few relaxing days by the lake. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.
