Our weekend house is too often empty, so guests are now allowed to go there. It is very simple, open living, dining and kitchen space on the first floor. Bathroom and bedroom in the basement. Not barrier-free. Quiet residential area on the hilly edge of the forest. Ideal for vacations or home office directly at the nature reserve. Grill, fire pit, garden loungers, patio table & chairs available. Parking on site possible. Nearest shopping (Netto, Aldi) 600 m walk through forest. Public bathing area nearby.

Holiday home on a large plot

Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

Since November 2019, lovingly renovated single house with 80m² living space invites families to relax, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda as well as a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

Im Garten unter den Apfelbäumen kann man die Seele baumeln lassen oder gemütlich beisammen sitzen, Grill verfügbar! Für die kids steht eine Sandkiste oder eine Tischtennisplatte bereit. Wie wäre es mit einer Oldtimer Treckerfahrt? Im Sommer empfiehlt sich eine Kanufahrt auf dem nahegelegenen Ratzeburger See oder ein Shoppingtrip nach Lübeck! Das Haus ist vollunterkellert.

Completely newly renovated & furnished 22 sqm/1 room apartment. There is a private entrance to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is also a small kitchen, with ceramic stovetop, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hair dryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, chests of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large double bed is also included. The 33 sqm separate non-smoking apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet courtyard of an old town house. There is a well-equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher, gastronomic oven, induction range, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and a large modern double bed. Within walking distance are all the sights and several supermarkets open Mon to Sat until 11 pm. The apartment is large enough for 2 people, offers enough closets and shelves, even for a longer stay.

Cozy lake house

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher liegen für Sie bereit und sind im Preis inkludiert. Bei Bedarf kann nach Absprache ein Parkplatz dazu gebucht werden. Bei weiteren Fragen bin ich gerne behilflich.

The 8000 sqm property with old trees is unique, offering you complete tranquility and plenty of outdoor space to play and relax. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Relax in this unique and beautifully located place. Here you can actively explore nature on forest walks and bike tours, swimming in the nearby lake, or relaxing in the hammock in the large fruit tree garden, by the crackling campfire under the stars. If it gets cold and uncomfortable, a sauna house is also available on request.
