The living room has a sofa, table and TV, the kitchenette is equipped with an oven, microwave, electric hob, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, table and 4 chairs. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Both rooms have access to the balcony. It is possible to reserve a parking space in the underground garage.
